The pattern: grouped colored stripes on a cream ground, a quieter look than bold all-over stripes. The construction is the same flat-woven 100% Turkish cotton with fringe on the short edges.
What size is this peshtemal?One size: 35 × 71 in (90 × 180 cm), one piece per pack. It is large enough to wrap around the body after the bath or at the beach and folds flat for travel.
What is the difference between a peshtemal and a towel?A peshtemal is flat-woven with no terry loops, so it is thinner and lighter than a terry towel, dries faster and packs flat. It is used in the hammam, at the beach and as a bath towel.
