Free shipping on orders of $150 or more (a flat $25 applies below that). Every order ships from our Denizli, Türkiye workshop via FedEx International Priority — typically 2–3 business days to the US, Europe & UK, and up to 5 business days for the rest of the world. If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — write to us right away at info@vivamaison.com.tr with your order number and the new address. Once an order has been handed to FedEx, we can't change the address, but FedEx sometimes allows redirecting in transit through your tracking link.

Yes — we ship worldwide from our Denizli workshop via FedEx International Priority. Orders to the US, Europe & UK typically arrive within 2–3 business days, and up to 5 business days for the rest of the world. Because we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), all import duties and taxes are already included in your order — there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items need to be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging. Email info@vivamaison.com.tr to start a return and we'll reply with a return authorization and the exact return address. Return shipping is arranged by the customer; we're glad to help you choose the most economical tracked option. EU customers also have a 14-day cooling-off period in addition. Machine wash cold with similar colors on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or line dry — air drying preserves the cotton best. Iron on medium if you like a crisp finish. Do not use fabric softener (it coats fibers and reduces absorbency) or bleach (OEKO-TEX cotton is already pure). Our cotton actually gets softer and more absorbent with every wash — that's part of the design.
