Every piece is woven, finished, and packed in Denizli before traveling to your door. Here is how it gets there.
Free Shipping
Complimentary on US orders over $150
No discount code needed. The shipping cost is removed automatically at checkout.
Step 01
Order Processing
Once you place an order, it enters our Denizli workshop queue. Every piece is inspected by hand before it leaves us — checked for weave consistency, finish, and packaging.
Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Turkish national holidays).
Order confirmation: You will receive an email within minutes of checkout, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking once the package leaves our facility.
Step 02
United States Delivery
US orders ship from our Denizli, Türkiye workshop via FedEx International Priority. The transit times below include customs clearance, so your piece arrives ready to enjoy.

2–3 Business Days
Fully tracked, door-to-door delivery via FedEx for every US order.
- Orders under $150: $25 flat rate
- Orders of $150 or more: Free
- Tracking included on every order
Step 03
International Delivery
Every VivaMaison order ships from our workshop in Denizli, Türkiye — the home of our weaving since the beginning. We ship worldwide with FedEx International Priority, and all transit times below reflect the total journey to your door, including customs clearance.
Typical FedEx transit times:
United States, Europe & UK: 2–3 business days
Rest of the world: up to 5 business days
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Every FedEx shipment is fully tracked from our workshop to your door.
Good News
Duties & Taxes Included
We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Any import duties, taxes, and customs fees are handled by us through FedEx — so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No surprise charges are collected on delivery.
We declare every shipment accurately at its full commercial value, in full compliance with customs regulations in both Türkiye and the destination country.
After Dispatch
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves our Denizli workshop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. If you have a VivaMaison account, your tracking is also visible there under your order history.
Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking events to appear in FedEx's system. Shipments may show brief periods of inactivity during customs clearance — this is normal.
If Something Goes Wrong
Lost or Damaged in Transit
Despite our best efforts, packages occasionally get delayed, lost, or damaged. If this happens to you, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 14 days of your order's estimated delivery date — or as soon as possible if the package arrives damaged — and we will replace the item or issue a full refund of the item price and any shipping you paid. Photos of the damaged packaging or contents help us file the FedEx claim.
