VivaMaison ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit vivamaison.com (the "Site") or place an order. It applies to all visitors and customers, regardless of country of residence.

We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Payment data is processed directly by Shopify Payments and remains in Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant environment.

Third-Party Services
We share data with trusted service providers strictly to operate the Site and fulfill your orders. We do not sell your personal data.

Meta Pixel — advertising attribution (Facebook, Instagram)

FedEx — international shipping and delivery
Each of these processors has its own privacy policy. We have data processing agreements in place where required by law (GDPR Article 28 for EU residents).

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your cart, keep you logged in, and measure how visitors use the Site. Essential cookies (cart, checkout) cannot be disabled. Analytics and advertising cookies can be controlled through our cookie banner at your first visit.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
VivaMaison does not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising and analytics cookies (such as Meta Pixel and Google Ads) may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws.
You have the right to opt out at any time, free of charge and with no penalty. To opt out of the sharing or sale of your personal information, use either option below:
- Open the cookie preferences banner at the bottom of any page and turn off "Advertising" and "Analytics" cookies; or
- Email us at info@vivamaison.com.tr with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share."
We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an instruction to stop sharing your personal information.
If you would like us to limit the use of your sensitive personal information, email us at the same address with the subject line "Limit Sensitive Information."
Section 07
Data Retention
We keep order records for 7 years to comply with United States tax law. Marketing data is kept while you remain subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time). Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
When data is no longer needed, we delete it from our active systems. Some backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before being purged.
Section 08
Security
The Site uses HTTPS encryption for all traffic. Payment data is handled by Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We restrict access to personal data to authorized team members only.
No system is 100% secure. If we ever discover a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities within the time periods required by law.

Children's Privacy
Our Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please email us and we will delete it immediately.
