Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to make a purchase on our Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Section 03
Orders & Payments
All orders placed through the Site are an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments, supporting major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
An order is considered confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Pricing & Currency
All prices on the Site are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless otherwise noted. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination.
We make every effort to display accurate pricing. If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping methods, transit times, and rates are described in our Shipping Policy. Free shipping applies to US orders of $150 or more.
Return eligibility, the return window, and refund processing are described in our Refund Policy. Both policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All content on the Site — including images, text, designs, the VivaMaison name and logo, and all product photography — is the property of VivaMaison or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use (e.g., bookmarking a product page) is permitted.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
