In short: This is a waffle weave bedspread and blanket handwoven in Denizli, Turkey from 100% long-staple Turkish cotton at 350 GSM. It comes in 12 colors and 14 sizes, from pillowcases and a baby blanket to Grand 3XL, and is certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100.
The waffle weave forms a grid of small raised cells across the fabric. Those cells give the bedspread its texture and hold pockets of air, so the cloth stays breathable on the bed instead of lying flat and dense. At 350 GSM it drapes with some weight over the sides of the mattress, yet it is light enough to use through every season.
Use it as the top layer over sheets in warm months, or over a duvet when nights turn cold. Off the bed, it works as a couch throw or, in the 43 x 43 inch size, a baby blanket. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certifies that the product meets the standard's limit values for harmful substances.
